Eren, has cultivated a diverse background and extensive experience, which he now brings to his role as Head of Training and Development Manager at Safer Business Network. His journey from a Metropolitan Police Officer to various management and leadership roles within the private sector.

Eren has successfully led initiatives in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), fostering positive and inclusive work environments. By prioritising employees and implementing effective strategies, he has not only contributed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces but also enhanced organisational cultures, leading to award-winning outcomes.

His passion for training and development, particularly in mentoring and upskilling, aligns seamlessly with his role at Safer Business Network. He has built a strong reputation for fostering partnerships and actively improving safety across the UK and internationally. His involvement in key projects with PCC’s, SIA, BIDs, BCRPs, Local Government Police, UKHospitality and organisations and industries, including the 'WAVE' and 'Ask for Angela' programme, Safe Havens and projects to tackle Violence Against Women and Girls, demonstrates his dedication to community safety.
