Neil trained as a chef before completing a degree in hospitality management.
Having spent time as a General Manager with Virgin Hotels and Operations Manager at Brunning and Price and Cirrus Inns, he returned to the kitchen several years ago with Gorgeous Group and then as Culinary Director at Farmdrop, whilst building Electric Mayonnaise.
Neil’s approach is built around a detailed understanding of all aspects of operations, solid kitchen and front of house management, creating structured processes, business planning and financial management.
