Last year’s winners, Sheffield College, return with a new team and a new challenge: mastering Filipino cuisine. Inspired by the stories of past winners who travelled to the Philippines, they chose a cuisine they’d never cooked before – and dived straight in.

In this episode, the team shares what they learned about Filipino culture, food traditions, religion and flavour. They also reflect on the pressure, the prep, and what it means to be part of this unique competition as future chefs carving their own path.
